Starbucks has been under fire for several things such as not supporting the military, being anti-christ, or pushing a liberal agenda. Much controversy to say the least.
However, such accusations are completely false. For instance, Starbucks would send boxes of coffee overseas to troops, however stopped due to restrictions such as no fly zones. They also have several locations on military bases and often employ veterans and their spouses. Starbucks also works closely with military and veteran associations such as the USO. One example includes the honoring veterans card pictured below, which acts like a gift card, and when activated, $5 will be donated to veteran organizations. How wonderful.
